Dennis Sandoval

Dennis has been an active and successful commercial real estate professional since 1983.  He started his career with DAUM and has consistently earned “Top Production” honors company wide. He credits his short career as a professional baseball player with the New York Met organization as preparation for the competitive environment of the commercial real estate industry. For over 35 years Mr. Sandoval has been a prominent figure in the commercial and corporate real estate industry.  He has been involved in corporate downsizing, headquarters relocation, land acquisition, lease negotiations, M&A support and real estate strategic planning. Mr. Sandoval’s completed transactions include major industrial distribution centers. high-rise office buildings, suburban office properties, industrial parks, neighborhood shopping centers, net-leased investments and various distressed multi-use properties.
