Kara is an Administrative Marketing Analyst and Assistant at DAUM Commercial, who helps Commercial Real Estate Companies and entrepreneurs create marketing materials, finalize listings and research industrial, retail, office and land in the San Gabriel Valley. After a successful career of helping Executives in the office and assisting clients in their deals, she counsels in organizing in-depth market research.
She is no stranger to Commercial Real Estate, having spent 5 years as an Administrative Assistant at DAUM Commercial Real Estate and has grown up in a family that is Commercial Real Estate dominate. She also has created marketing brochures, gathered research, and set up meetings with clients, all while attending Rio Hondo College.
Prior to starting at DAUM, Kara spent five years in the service industry where she mastered her communications skills and patience. Kara’s varied background in administration, service industry and ability adapt to each client’s needs provide the perfect foundation for a Marketing and Research Analyst.
